horse GLC 5500 Is The Latest In Joint Care

American Thoroughbred Products Ltd has recently launched the latest development in joint care supplements in the UK. GLC 5500 is the first joint supplement to offer a combination of the full spectrum of bio-available glucosamine compounds plus chondroitin sulphate whose functions have already been clearly established.
This new, patent pending formulation provides only active ingredients in significant concentrations, verified using United States Pharmacopoeia testing protocols, with no binders or fillers. GLC 5500 optimises cell membrane function to facilitate the transfer of ingredients to the joints for maximum uptake and absorption, providing the foundation for optimal joint health.

GLC 5500 has already been hugely successful in the USA and is widely used by top trainers and veterinary surgeons. Martha Rodgers, equine lameness specialist at Rood & Riddle Veterinary Hospital, Lexington, Kentucky said "GLC's exclusive formula takes a logical approach to oral joint supplementation. The higher concentrations provide the proper ratios to benefit developing and mature cartilage."

Michael Dickinson, three times champion NH trainer in the UK, has been training in the USA since 1987. He says "GLC 5500 made a major contribution to my 39% win rate last year (2001), which included three Group 1 winners".

The product makes a significant contribution to the joint health of young and older horses alike. Leading UK trainer Gerard Butler explains: "GLC is making a significant contribution to keeping our horses sound. I feed GLC to our young horses to help their joints cope with the stresses of training and racing and older horses to help their joints maintain performance as they get more miles on the clock".

Riders report distinct improvements in the way their horses move when fed GLC 5500. George Meichowski, president of the Canadian International Dressage Riders Association and World Cup finalist, says "I have seen a definite improvement in my horse's performance. GLC has helped my horse to regain elasticity and ease of movement so important in the sport of dressage". International 3 Day Event rider and US team member, Elizabeth Millikin, says "GLC keeps my horses joints cool and tight. Recovery rates have exceeded all my expectations".

GLC 5500 is supplied in 907g packs and one pack will last one horse for 90 days at the suggested feeding rate. It is recommended to feed the average 500kg horse one scoop (5.5g) twice a day with the am and pm feeds.
