British Horse Society response to Defra consultation document

The British Horse Society (BHS) has received a copy of the Government's consultation paper, 'Use of mechanically propelled vehicles on Rights of Way' as one of the consultant user groups.

The BHS will be scrutinising the consultation document and until that work has taken place the BHS is unable to comment more fully.
